Studio A is a light, bright, beautiful square 420 sf space with storefront windows covering the entire south and west walls. The North wall is peachy original brick with a soft whitewash. The west wall is white. Ceilings are 12 feet tall. Floors are a light white oak engineered hardwood in a herringbone pattern.
Studio B is a stunning and unique 644 sf space, unlike anything else. With two 3x7 foot paneled windows on the south wall, and 2 north facing windows, one a 5x9 foot arched paneled window, located on the north east corner of the room, the other is a 2x4 foot window on the north west side. The south and west walls in this space are a stunning limestone Venetian plaster. The north wall is the original peachy brick and the west wall is a 13 foot cyclorama wall. Flooring in this space is original hardwood with a dark stain. Ceilings are 12 feet with exposed framing.
Studio bathroom is 115sf. Ceiling slopes from 10 feet to 8 feet tall. West wall is original brick painted white. Floors are polished concrete. Beautiful white ceramic sink with gray/cream/beige marble tile in herringbone pattern. Clawfoot tub is fully functioning and is 68 inches long.
