The studio includes one 950sf space with white washed wood floors, 13 foot exposed ceilings, a light grey plaster wall, a flat white wall, a soft blush wall, and lilac and soft blue walls. There is also a small office at 150sf and second smaller studio connected to the office at 250sf with a gorgeous finished oak floor, 2 white walls, and 1 white washed, red brick wall with a white washed barn door and a 7x7 foot industrial window.
Both studios have a LOT of natural light, a tall air mattress and bedding, and plenty of furniture options. There is also a kitchen and private bathroom.
